Once your appointment has been made you should allow 2 hours for your hypnotherapy session.

-
You will get a personalised recording after your session. This will either be emailed to you or recorded onto your phone.

-
You should be prepared to listen to your recording for at least 30 days. The hypnotherapy absolutely resolves the issues but the recording ensures it will stay resolved. The mind learns by repetition.

-
You will be asked to fill out an intake form and a disclosure which will be kept confidentially.

-
You will be taken through a relaxation process called an induction. You will experience a suggestibility test once you are lovely and relaxed. This shows you that you are actually in hypnosis.

-
When you are in hypnosis you can hear and understand everything that is being said. Many doctors tell people they are not in hypnosis if you can hear and are aware of what is being said. This is simply not true. Often we can hear and understand everything but when it comes time to recall and explain what the hypnotherapist said, it is not uncommon to draw a blank.

-
Everybody is different, each person responds in their own way to hypnotherapy and what might take someone ONE session to overcome their issue, may take another person TWO sessions with a follow up. It is everyone's personal journey and there is never one right or wrong way to respond.
